AU reporting incorrect to host on Rate Shift

Hi,

I have noticed a couple of times when trying to control Rate Shift using host based parameter control by external MIDI CC#, that the Mobius AU reports to the host that Rate Shift is an ON/OFF type of parameter. Which it is not, since it has 24 values, range spanning from one octave up to one octave down.

Ah, I see the problem. RateShift is an usual function because
it is "ranged". For AU I guess I'll have to make this look
like a continuous control with 64 being the center.
