Hi folks

after miraculously having multiple Outputs with MS2+Mobius (THANKS, Per! incredible...), now I'd like to have multiple Inputs that I can configure with the Mobius Host Plugin 1,2,3...

Actually, I'd like to do this:
MS Instruments > Mobius Track3 > MS FX > Mobius Track1/2 > MS Out

any suggestions?
best regards
Buzap

I can't see any way to set up multiple Mobius inputs under Mainstage. Multi input plug-ins do not exist within the Apple/Logic context as such routing is supposed to be done with (multiple parallel) tracks/channel strips.

But you can easily do that in Bidule by dragging virtual cables to the Mobius plug-in input tags! In Bidule you can actually build a session that works like Mainstage. It is much slower to build in Bidule but you can do a lot more than with Mainstage (like for example a semi intelligent "listening" reverb tail preservation for previous patch when changing to a new patch, any configuration for recording real-time performances as sound files where Mainstage only records the main output, input envelope follower to direct reverb feedback to create your own customized "freeze-verb" etc etc).

Hi Per

oh nooo...
Well, I have just decided to stick with Mac+MS2.
So, what can I do to achieve Looper3 > fx > Looper1/2?
- I could use another Looper, i.e. SooperLooper for Looper3.
- Or I could run Mobius as stand-alone.
Is there an advantage to do the routing via hard-wired cables instead of "soft routing" via Motu Ultralite CueMixer?

I was just so close to being happy with my setup... :-((

best regards

PS: Per, concerning your "reverb tail problem": Have you seen the MS2 Setting "Silence patch after x seconds"? This should solve your problem, me thinks.
