So I'm new to this, but I got the mobius plug-in working with logic pro 9. My issue is that I want to be able to essentially have two guitars and two vocals plugged into my tascam US-428 with the ability to mix them live on separate tracks on my computer in conjunction with Mobius. However, it seems that mobius essentially steals the output signal making it impossible to play along with my loops live. Is there a way around this? I thought about making another output channel, but nothing I've tried has worked so far, nor do I even know if that's possible. Alternatively is there a way in Mobius to hear your instrument before you loop it? I think that might solve the problem. Thanks!

There are a few different ways to set up Mobius. You need to either activate software monitoring in the options or leave it switched off and run Mobius on a bus and use the bus send from the instruments you want to loop to send signal. Finally you can instigate Mobius on a software instrument channel strip and use the bus sidechain input top right in the Mobius window. Any of these methods can work depending on your work flow.

That was extremely helpful. I created an axillary channel as bus 1 and sent my tracks to it. I didn't realize for a while that Mobius only runs out of stereo, but when I figured that out everything started working the way I wanted. I appreciate the help!
