Dual windows?

From reading the documentation and other places, I have seen where the Mobius VST is supposed to be comprised of two windows. When I open version 1.41 in FL Studio 9, I don't see any "blue oval", just what looks like the main Mobius UI.

Am I supposed to see two windows? Is there any way to activate it or is it automatic?

If you're on a Mac you will always be in single-window mode.

If you're on a PC, bring up the Configuration->Global Parameters
menu and find the "Dual Plugin Windows" checkbox. When this is
checked you will get two windows.

Dual windows is recommended if you want to bind computer keyboard
keys to functions because the host doesn't always pass keyboard events
to the window in single-window mode. Single window mode is preferred
by some to reduce window clutter.
