Hello, some more information ...
I known that Cubase can use multi-output instrument vst and I Know how to use them (or I believe ...). But Mobius is not recognized as a vst instrument by Cubase only as a plugin FX. And so I have only acces to the first output. Like that, Mobius works well but that interest me is the multi-ouput function. I 've tried to use Mobius as an external instrument but it's not possible. How to do for use Mobius as a multi-output instrument ? Is it possible to route the output in Mobius more finely than juste port 1, 2 ... ? and so to indicate which audio track to assign in Cubase. A question of neophyte, the signal output in Mobius are audio signal, aren't they ? No signal midi in ? |

Cubase has never been a good host for Mobius. Like most of the big DAWs it was designed for plugins that are either an instrument (take midi produce audio) or an effect (take audio produce audio) but not a combination of the two.
I know people have used Mobius in Cubase before but I don't remember what the limitations were. The only way Mobius has of transferring audio to the host is through ports. Some hosts support plugins with muliple input and output ports and some don't. |

After a long time ...
Mobius works well in Cubase but can use only one output port. I don't find the issue to use it in multi output configuration. So I 'm going to use Mobius with an other host ! |

I know I'm late with this reply, but I'm using Mobius in Cubase by wrapping it in Bidule. I use jsoundbus on an FX send to wirelessly get the audio into the Bidule instrument plugin and host automation through Bidule (512 automation points availble per instance) with 8 stereo outputs (up to 16 stereo available). You can link an automation point to Show VST UI then you never have to look at Bidule itself. Maybe the only downside is the thick ugly header Bidule puts on all plugins, but basically it operates transparently.
